Our Annual Sponsored Walk took place on the 26th September. It turned out to be a beautiful Autumn Sunday morning, with the weather absolutely 'spot on' - dry and not too hot. The walk was almost entirely 'off road' with mainly wide tracks that enabled our walkers to socialize with each other, dogs permitting of course!

A paper quiz had been organised for our walkers to have a go at along the walk, with most feeling it was too tough, so that will be taken 'on-board' for next year. Everyone said they really enjoyed the day, although some who clearly weren't quite so used to one of Peter's 'route marches', or those that wore new boots for the first time (well done Sue Fox) will have suffered a little the next day!
